As I often find myself doing, I was starting the process of social bookmarking a couple of blog posts on my niche sites. I loaded up SocialMarker.com, entered the keywords for the first article, selected which social sites to use, then clicked “Start Now.”
As many times as I’ve used SocialMarker, I was pulled in by the placement of the action button on an ad placed next to the site selection area instead of clicking on the “submit” button/tab at the top. Take a look at the screenshot below to see what I mean:
I have to wonder just how many clicks this particular ad has generated on the SocialMarker site.
Almost looks planned.
